What is leasing exactly?
A lot of people want to enjoy riding and caring for a horse, but some people are not quite ready to own. Others want to incorporate more saddle time and advance their skills. Leasing is a wonderful opportunity to reach goals and get more horse time without the responsibility of ownership. We have several horses currently available for lease, all for different experience levels. Leasing is independent without help from an instructor so it is recommended for riders who are already familiar with horses and the basics of riding. Horses must be leased on-site, but we often travel off-site for trail riding and shows. With leasing a contract is provided and provisions explained. Lessons are required for all leasers.

Pricing (Monthly Rate):
Trial/Test Ride $75
1 Days of riding per week $150
3 Days of riding per week $500
5 Days of riding per week $900
Full-Lease
A full-lease is considered leasing 5 days plus per week. The leaser has full financial responsibility over the horse, and this would be the closest step to owning a horse without the actual commitment of owning.
Partial/Half- Lease
A partial lease consists of riding 1 day per week and a half lease is 2-3 rides per week plus farrier costs. This is great for riders who want more time in the saddle, and independent rides.
